Back in 2009, We posted about the Violent Sensation Grand Theft Auto Coming to the iPhone in October of 2009 according to Rockstar’s Website.. Well, I think there may have been some problems along the way. The Game main character is a man named Huang Lee, a member of the Triad crime syndicate, who is trying investigate his father’s death in Liberty City. China Town Wars has already been a huge hit on Nintendo’s DS hand held gaming system. Please let me warn you younger kids, Grand Theft Auto is a Game with lots of violence and vulgar language. Recently released into the App Store is the “Halo impersonator” called N.O.V.A. N.O.V.A is almost an exact replica of Halo, but not enough to get Copyright issues, but with some minor changes. Watch the video above for the game play. I would give this app 4.7 out of 5. The games does have a great story mode, but does lack some one those cool features gamers look for in FPSs.

Command and Conquer: Red Alert [iTunes Link] has now hit the App Store, brought to you By EA Games, at a high price of $9.99 (USD). The Game comes with 12 Maps to play with the $9.99 price, but also allows an IN-App Purchase of $0.99 (USD) that will give you 6 more maps and fun.
The Game allows the player two modes, Campaign and Skirmish. The Player can play as the allies or the Soviets. I have been able to get hands on with this Great Strategic for the PC, but will be a huge hit for the fans of that PC version.
EA is also promising Multiplayer mode over Bluetooth or WiFi, but no word on if there will be internet play…

Gangstar: West Coast Hustle is very similar, but without the language, to Grand Theft Auto. As mentioned in earlier posts, Grand Theft Auto will be coming to the iPhone in late October this year. The Game allows you to do whatever you want whenever you want with no story line, and you make it. The game is almost 2oo MB which tells you that the game is going to be very well made. The Game takes place as you are a gangster and trying to get some respect by completing missions for the Mafia somewhere on the West Coast. The game can let you pretty much do anything you want with miles and miles of space. (more…)
